TEGANMAC.SKIN uses Australia Post to deliver our products. We use standard shipping - delivery 3-5 days within Australia.

Shipping costs:

Orders under $150	$10*
Orders over $150	Free shipping*

*within Australia

Express shipping is available for $15 within Australia.

TEGANMAC.SKIN can ship items outside Australia. International shipping incurs a flat rate of $40 through Australia Post.

Shipping times will vary for items shipped outside Australia depending on the destination and weight of your order. If you’re outside Australia, contact us for a shipping estimate.

Returns

Please make your choice wisely, TEGANMAC.SKIN does not offer refunds or returns for any products purchased. We recommend booking an online consultation or getting in contact with Tegan before purchasing. She’ll be able to provide you with tailored advice for your skin needs and goals.

If you receive a faulty item, we can offer a replacement after assessment.
